Website enquiries Our contact form collects your name, work email, company, optional website, project description and selections about your project. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry.

Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes requests and technical traffic information, such as IP addresses and request or system details, to operate and protect its services. Enquiries pass through our website server and Resend, our email delivery provider, to the founder at naishadh@tysuinfotech.com. Resend processes email content, addresses and delivery information. The receiving mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace, which processes and stores those emails. Enquiries are retained in email.

Please do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Internal Google reporting We retrieve read-only reports from TYSU’s own Google Analytics 4 property for internal business reporting. These include report dates, active-user counts and event counts. Report files are saved in TYSU’s operating environment. Aggregate information included in Jarvis’s internal analysis is sent to OpenAI as part of the model’s conversation context. This is not a public service for connecting visitors’ Google accounts.

Planned Google Ads keyword research We plan to use the Google Ads API to generate keyword ideas and historical keyword metrics for selected countries, languages, networks and date ranges. The purpose is internal market and search-demand research for TYSU, not campaign management or spending. Intended data includes business keyword inputs, suggestions, search-volume estimates, monthly history, competition and bid estimates where available.

The planned integration will save research datasets in TYSU’s operating environment and send compact keyword-research summaries to OpenAI for analysis by TYSU’s internal assistants, Jarvis and Sophia. Website enquiry contents are outside this research workflow; sending them to OpenAI is not authorised. This API integration is not live.

Retention and privacy requests Enquiries are retained in email; we have not established a fixed deletion schedule. Service providers also hold technical logs and other copies under their applicable settings and policies; those are separate from the email copies TYSU retains.
