PRODUCT ENGINEERING

Build what is next.Evolve what is already live.

TYSU helps teams turn product direction into dependable digital products — from new work to focused evolution of what is already in use.

TWO STARTING POINTS

Where does the product stand today?

The work changes depending on whether you are creating something new or moving a live product forward.

BUILD / NEW PRODUCT WORK

Turn an opportunity into a product that can work in the real world.

A new product is more than its interface. The experience, the systems behind it and the way it will operate need to be considered together.

ShaadiVibe brings vendor discovery, customer planning, vendor participation and guided support into one connected platform.

SHAADIVIBE

ENGAGEMENT / PRODUCT & TECHNOLOGY PARTNER

EVOLVE / EXISTING PRODUCT WORK

Move a live product forward without losing what already works.

Existing products come with users, operational routines, integrations and technical decisions already in place. Progress starts by understanding what must remain dependable and what is getting in the way.

A stable live-product route is retained, targeted friction is improved, and the resulting system is clearer and easier to evolve.

REAL WORK / EVOLVE

From finding a hostel to running the marketplace behind it.

Homversity connects students looking for accommodation with the products and systems required to operate the marketplace.

HOMVERSITY

ENGAGEMENT / EMBEDDED PRODUCT & TECHNOLOGY PARTNER · 2020–2024

Homversity engaged TYSU to take over and strengthen its product and technology function. TYSU embedded dedicated resources, while Naishadh Dave was formally appointed Product Head and CTO as part of the engagement from 2020–2024.

TYSU rebuilt and operated the consumer website, B2C and B2B mobile products, landlord and administration systems, backend, integrations and infrastructure. The team also introduced structured documentation and technical operating practices to support continued development and investor technical due diligence.

01 / STUDENT EXPERIENCE

Find and book student accommodation

Students can explore hostel options and move through discovery and booking using Homversity’s consumer website and mobile products.

02 / PROPERTY PRODUCT

Support the property side of the marketplace

A dedicated landlord product supported the property-partner side of the platform.

03 / ADMINISTRATION

Operate the marketplace through internal systems

The administration platform, backend and integrations supported the internal management of the product and its connected workflows.

04 / CONTINUITY

Keep the product working as it evolved

TYSU continued with hosting, maintenance, engineering support and technical operations beyond the initial release.

HOW THE WORK MOVES

Make the important decisions clear. Then carry them through delivery.

Product work rarely starts with perfect certainty. TYSU turns the available context into decisions the team can act on, then keeps those decisions connected as the product moves towards release.

Product context is clarified into a focused decision, worked through across the complete product system and carried into release.

  • USER NEEDS
  • BUSINESS PRIORITIES
  • EXISTING SYSTEMS
  • DELIVERY CONSTRAINTS

Start with what is actually true.

Bring user needs, business priorities, existing systems and delivery constraints into the same view.

WHAT MATTERS NOW

Choose what matters now.

Define the first or next useful change, what it depends on and what can wait.

  • EXPERIENCE
  • PRODUCT LOGIC
  • DATA + INTEGRATIONS
  • OPERATING TOOLS

Design beyond the interface.

Work through the experience, product logic, data, integrations and operating tools together.

RELEASE
···

Keep decisions alive through release.

Carry trade-offs and ownership through engineering, testing, launch and the next round of learning.

ADDING INTELLIGENCE

Intelligence should earn its place in the product.

Start with the task it should improve, the context it can rely on and where people need to remain in control. The model is only one part of making the capability useful in practice.

Useful product intelligence starts with a clear purpose, relies on permitted context and provides human review or a safe fallback when certainty is low.
